PARBOND, manufactured at the PARR facility, is a premium rubber based sealant that is formulated to provide excellent bonding to any surface. This product is easy to apply in its solvated state, and cures to a tough, flexible bead that provides moisture resistance and weather protection. PARBOND is well-suited for use in the following applications: miter joints in windows and door frames, needle glazing and top dressing over non-drying sealants, narrow corner joints, and waterproofing. It can also be used to seal gutters, automotive windshields and back lights, sinks, tiles, and ducts. Ensure surfaces to be sealed are clean, dry, and free of oil and moisture. Exercise care during application to prevent air or contaminant entrapment. For best results, apply in a smooth bead and allow to level. Do not handle, move, or pack for one hour until a surface film has formed.
